About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Interior Design Drafter who is proficient in Coohom to support our design team. You will be responsible for producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and visualizations to bring design concepts to life, ensuring they align with project requirements and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed interior design drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using Coohom.
• Translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings and presentations.
• Work closely with designers to refine layouts and propose practical design solutions.
• Ensure all drawings meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback from designers and clients.
• Support project teams with drafting requirements for residential and/or commercial projects.

Requirements

We are seeking a software integration developer to support and maintain enterprise analytics platforms. The role involves installing, configuring, and managing data platform tools while ensuring system performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Support system-level technical issues for analytics platforms such as Dataiku, Denodo, Talend, and Anaconda.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning to optimize project delivery.
• Customize project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards to enhance reporting accuracy and decision-making.
• Design scalable technical architectures adhering to ServiceNow best practices to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Integrate ServiceNow SPM with external tools such as JIRA, MS Project, SAP, and internal ServiceNow modules (ITSM, APM, CMDB) to streamline workflows.
• Automate workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to increase operational efficiency.
• Enable strategic alignment by implementing OKRs, KPIs, and investment planning frameworks to support business objectives.

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate 4+ years of experience working with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow, to manage IT service processes effectively.
• Apply knowledge of Generative AI tools (Large Language Models) and Robotic Process Automation frameworks such as UiPath and Blue Prism to enhance automation capabilities.
• Understand and apply Agentic AI principles including Perceive, Reason, Act, and Learn to support autonomous system operations.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with ServiceNow tools including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, IRM, TPRM, and Now Assist/GenAI to support integrated service management.
• Knowledge of core concepts such as Agentic AI, Generative AI (LLMs), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AIOps, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to drive innovation.
• Focus on autonomous operations, productivity improvement, reduction of Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), and risk mitigation to enhance IT service delivery.

Requirements

Responsibilities -

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM and IRM modules with a focus on Discovery, Service Mapping.
• Build and maintain accurate, automated CMDB population through Discovery and integration with infrastructure, cloud, network, and third-party sources.
• Architect, configure, and support MID Servers, event management rules, probes, sensors, and automated workflows.
• Ensure CMDB data integrity, normalization, reconciliation, and support ongoing health assessments and audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB modules.
• Collaborate closely with IT, infrastructure, application, and business teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise within the delivery team.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and implementation roadmaps.

Requirements: Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development with a proven recording ITOM, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB project delivery.

Certifications: ServiceNow ITOM-related certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping).

Technical Skills:

• Deep practical knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM suite—especially Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and system integrations.
• Understanding of cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong grasp of ITIL and configuration management best practices.
