The Senior Engineer supports photolithography process development for advanced memory technologies through hands‑on experimentation, data analysis, and yield improvement activities. This role focuses on execution excellence, disciplined learning, and collaboration, operating under guidance from senior technical leaders. Micron’s Singapore Process Development (PD) group in Technology Development (TD) is looking for Plasma-CVD / Diffusion PD engineer to support Plasma-CVD/DIFF process development of advanced technology nodes. You will design and optimize Plasma-CVD or Diffusion for Micron’s innovative NAND Flash products.

As a PD Engineer, you will take ideas from conception through process development then implementation in our manufacturing facilities. As an Advanced Thin Films PD Engineer at Micron, you will be required to travel for brief business purposes.
