• Monthly Salary - up to $3160
• Govt Agency, 12 months contract

Job Scope:

• Provide triage, screening, and referral support for incoming cases in a case management system
• Enter and update case information accurately in internal systems
• Draft responses to enquiries and feedback related to case intake and screening
• Refer cases to appropriate service providers for further support
• Complete administrative closure of cases in accordance with procedures
• Support operational reviews and process improvements to enhance service efficiency
• Assist with other case management and intake-related duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in a relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
