RESPONSIBILITIES

• Immediate response to equipment breakdown request, as instructed by supervisor.

Requirements:

·Responsible for assisting Project Manager, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality

·Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors

·Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site

· Solving complex problems

· Creating models, blueprints and prototypes using CAD/CAM software

· Managing engineering projects, including construction and system upgrades

· Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications

Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree

· Posses minimum 15 years of relevant work experience

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations

· Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment

· Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

·Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills

· Can work well in a team

· Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others

· Can multitask, must help to do general work if required

· Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure

· Ability to keep track of multiple projects

Job Summary

Support the Electrical Engineer by coordinating electrical works on-site, managing procurement and material control, and preparing progress reports to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Support the Electrical Engineer in managing and supervising electrical works on-site to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate effectively with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution
• Participate in site meetings and technical discussions to address project issues and align work progress
• Monitor and ensure electrical work adheres to the project schedule and quality standards
• Assist in ordering electrical materials by liaising with suppliers and verifying order accuracy
• Inspect and verify the quality and timely delivery of electrical materials to meet project needs
• Prepare detailed daily and weekly progress reports to document site activities and project status
• Communicate site issues and progress updates promptly to the project manager

Responsibilities

• Use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office to develop and finalize electrical system specifications and technical drawings for installation and operations compliance
• Prepare detailed specifications for purchasing electrical equipment and materials aligned with project requirements
• Supervise and monitor on-site work progress to ensure adherence to contract drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with electrical contractors to verify work compliance with contract documents and project standards
• Monitor and document work progress by preparing timely and accurate progress reports
• Conduct site inspections and attend meetings to enforce quality control and safety regulations throughout project execution
• Ensure all electrical installation and operational activities comply with safety standards and customer requirements

Resident Engineer - LTA

Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a civil engineer, with at least two (2) years in the supervision of civil engineering works.
Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board.

Candidate with relevant work experience in LTA projects would be an advantage.

Accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.
