Job Description & Requirements

• Shall be conversant in using BIM review tools such as Navigtors, Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, etc for clash detection analysis, programme planning, quantity take off and asset information and etc.
• Lead BIM team and coordinate with Design and Construction team.
• Lead and attend Interface Meeting with other contractors.

Essential:

• Minimum degree or diploma in recognized Engineering disciplines such as Electriacl, Mechanical or Building Services, Architecture and Civil engineering.
• Min 2 years working experience in construction design, drafting and coordination.
• Prefer formally trained in BCA Academy’s Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) or BCA Academy’s BIM management certification with any BIM authoring tool certification, preferably with experience in project BIM management and modelling and/or services coordination in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large scale project.
• Should be diligent and self-motivated.
• Hands on Technical knowledge in Auto CAD, Ravit, Navisworks.
• Good communication skill with others

• Prepares drawings & BIM Model accurately from oral instructions, rough sketches and notes, calculations, dimensions for construction or building works.

• Identify issues where discrepancies occur during design production.

• Ensure BIM models are modelled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM assisted Quantification, 4D simulation.
  

  Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of BIM experience in main contractors

  • Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit modeling

Support the Project Manager by supervising and coordinating M&E services to ensure timely project completion, quality standards, and safety compliance while collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate M&E services to ensure project milestones are met within the programme timeline
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to resolve technical issues and align project requirements
• Coordinate detailed M&E work with specialist contractors to ensure seamless integration and execution
• Participate actively in progress, site, and MEP meetings to track project status and address challenges
• Enforce compliance with relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations on site
• Monitor and ensure the quality of M&E works meets project specifications and safety standards
• Liaise with statutory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure regulatory compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Main Contractor roles involving M&E works
• Strong knowledge and proactive attitude towards workplace safety
• Ability to liaise effectively with statutory authorities
• WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites certification (mandatory)
• WSQ Manage Work At Height certification (mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

• Involve in project coordination for Soil Investigation and installation of Geotechnical Instrument installation works.
• Conduct in-situ tests (PMT, VST, PBT, PKT) according to the testing schedule
• Supervise the recording of log soil and rock information during borehole drilling
• Prepare soil data reports and ensure the quality of fieldwork including the application of PTW
• Interpret ground conditions through ground investigation
• Prepare site investigation report
• Assist safety personnel in ensuring safe operations of fieldwork
• Assist, support and supervise in instrumentation works
• To Classified the soil/rock material
• To prepare the Geological Mapping & Engineering Report
• Expected to attend project meetings, prepare project planning and coordination, supervision of Soil Investigation, reporting and other related scope of works.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Geology or Geoscience Engineering
• Min 4 years of working experience
• Certificates like BCSS, Site Investigation Supervisors from BCA & registered under GeoSS, Registered Earthwork Supervisor (RES) are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Check and coordinate shop drawings produced by the drafting team and subcontractors
• Attend technical meetings with consultants and other relevant parties
• Monitor and follow up on the approval of shop drawings from consultants
• Liaise with subcontractors on technical issues to ensure timely approval of shop drawings
• Monitor site progress in relation to the shop drawing schedule
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and to verify critical dimensions indicated in the drawings
• Ensure that proposed details and materials comply with contract provisions and specifications
• Resolve site problems on detailing
• Track and control construction schedules to ensure project completion within allocated time and budget
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Identify and highlight site problems caused by constraints or technical discrepancies to consultants

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of working experience on construction projects
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Good technical detailing, specification knowledge and aesthetic sensibilities
