Job Summary

Our Company seeks a Retail Executive to drive footwear sales, manage customer relationships, coordinate manpower and stock, and uphold brand standards across island-wide retail outlets.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail sales of footwear and related products to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by gathering and acting on customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Coordinate, plan, and schedule retail outlet manpower and inventory to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold the Company’s brand image in all retail outlets
• Prepare and analyze daily sales reports and conduct stock checks to monitor performance and inventory levels
• Resolve customer complaints effectively while delivering excellent customer service
• Adapt to work schedules including weekends, public holidays, irregular hours, and sales events as required
• Able to work travel to different outlets within the same day or alternate days. Not permanently stationed.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in footwear retail outlets within shopping mall environments

• Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Manage and maintain accounting records for multiple entities across several countries, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare and process invoices, quotations, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents accurately and timely.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, account balances, and outstanding receivables/payables.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience managing accounts for multiple countries/entities will be highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Hands-on experience with MYOB and/or AutoCount Accounting Software is preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.

Job Description

• In charge of all Used vehicle and Leasing fleet for the company
• In charge of the vehicle movement and parking
• In charge of arranging the vehicle for repair, regular servicing and inspection, including scheduling, arranging of manpower, dealing with external contractor/vendors and etc.
• In charge and ensure that the vehicles are in good ready condition to be delivered any time
• In charge and ensure that vehicle has cleared the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before delivering to customer
• In charge of getting the reinstatement quote for leasing customer returning vehicle, including able to quote independently
• In charge of the company phone and be the main contact point for leasing customer (including weekends)
• Dealing with vehicle breakdown involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advise to the driver, arranging for towing, onsite support, etc.
• Dealing with accident involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advise to the driver, arranging driver down to do accident report, collecting accident excess from customer, etc.
• Assist the credit control team in the rental payment collection from specific group of customers

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (mandatory)
• Minimum qualification: GCE O-Level
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English (bilingual proficiency)
