You will work on various Electrical and Mechanical building services systems such as environmental control and tunnel ventilation system, local sequential control system, building management system, compressed air system, uninterruptible power supply, emergency lighting systems, PLC controls for Electrical and Mechanical equipment, addressable fire alarm system, clean gas total flooding system, automatic fire sprinkler system and emergency power supply system.

Environment Control System

You will work on the Environment control systems comprising tunnel ventilation, air distribution, chilled water, mechanical ventilation and smoke control and Local Sequential control Systems.

Electrical Services

You will work on the Electrical services comprising the Main electrical switchboards, emergency generators, cabling works, uninterruptable power supply, lighting and lightning protection Systems.

Fire Protection

You will work on the fire protection systems comprising addressable automatic fire alarm, automatic clean gas total flooding, dry mains, hose- reel and automatic fire sprinkler systems.

Job Summary

The role involves equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process support to ensure stable operations, high equipment uptime, and production efficiency. We are specifically looking for candidates with direct hands-on experience in semiconductor modules such as Diffusion, Implant, Etch, or Thin Film processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-line SPC, defect rates, and equipment abnormalities daily to ensure timely resolution and proper handling
• Lead productivity improvement projects for new processes using analytical tools to optimize process conditions and technology
• Establish and validate process parameters for semiconductor equipment to maintain line stability
• Evaluate and develop new equipment, materials, and processes to support manufacturing innovation
• Analyze complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage projects related to process improvement and technology transfer
• Adapt to shift work schedules as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, or related Engineering discipline
• Experience in semiconductor equipment or process environment is preferred
• Exposure to any of the following modules is required: Diffusion, Implant, Etch, Thin Film
• Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) is required

You will be involved in the overall process of ensuring that the design and development of multi-disciplinary interfaces among the different electrical and mechanical systems are compatible with the overall performance requirement. This process of managing the system interfaces and integration will be applied throughout from project design, construction and testing and commissioning phases to final completion.

You will assist in the review of technical submissions and participate in the construction, installation, testing and commissioning of these systems. You will also assist the Engineers in resolving system design / system interface / site-related issues within a stipulated timeframe. You are required to manage, supervise, monitor and report project construction, testing and commissioning progress. In addition, you will provide assistance in preparing technical specifications, participate in tender evaluation, as well as conduct design review of new rail transit systems.

• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and hands-on experience conducting usability testing.

• Ability to communicate ideas effectively through storytelling, storyboards, mood boards, flowcharts, and presentation decks.

• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
