Overview

CIS is seeking an experienced and highly driven Head of Operations to lead the execution and delivery of all projects across Enterprise and Data Center clients. The role will oversee a team of project managers, engineers, and site teams, and will be instrumental in scaling operational capabilities as the business grows.

This position will report directly to the Managing Director and will work closely with the Sales Director and Pre-Sales teams to ensure seamless transition from solution design to project execution. However, the successful candidate will be a senior member of the CIS team at the board level, and thus, a level of proven capability and experience will be a must.

Responsibilities

● Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data Center and Enterprise projects (ICT), including structured cabling, network infrastructure, AV, and security systems

Qualifications

● 10–12 years of relevant experience in project delivery and operations, with a strong focus on delivering on time, on-budget projects within the ICT Infrastructure space.

● Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects for Data center clients and/or major Enterprise clients.

● Strong technical expertise in datacenter infrastructure, including structured cabling, networking, and critical systems.

● Demonstrated experience in managing multiple project teams and complex, multi-site deployments.
