About the Role

This is a dual-property role covering both Furama Riverfront and Furama City Centre. At Furama Riverfront, we are curating a lifestyle destination at River Valley / Tiong Bahru — a synergistic mix of F&B, wellness, and lifestyle tenants designed to serve hotel guests, neighbourhood residents, and families, while driving traffic to the hotel. This role manages the full tenancy lifecycle across both properties — from prospecting and negotiation through to tenant performance management, renewals, and lease administration. The incumbent works closely with external agents to secure tenancies and acts as the primary landlord representative, building relationships that sustain long-term occupancy and asset quality.

Key Responsibilities

Tenancy Leasing & Curation

•      Source and evaluate prospective tenants aligned with the lifestyle hub brief and hotel synergy objectives across both properties.

•      Work with external real estate agents to secure new tenancies, managing agent relationships and coordinating viewings and proposals.

•      Lead lease negotiations for new tenancies, expansions, renewals, and surrenders.

Tenant Relationship Management
