Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance 

• Lead the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with SFRS/IFRS. 

• Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting, tax filing, and regulatory requirements in Singapore and other jurisdictions as the group expands. 

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial service providers. 

Management & Performance Reporting

Budgeting & Forecasting

Post-Acquisition Integration 

• Support the finance integration of acquired companies, particularly those in China, ensuring alignment of accounting policies, ERP systems, and internal controls.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement 

• Enhance and document internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management 

• Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and working capital to optimize liquidity and support operational needs.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent is strongly preferred. 

• Experience: 

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. 

• Prior experience in manufacturing, MedTech, CDMO, or life sciences industries is highly desirable. 

• Experience working in a private equity-backed company or exposure to M&A/post-acquisition integration is a strong plus.

• Handle procurement of office supplies and assets; monitor inventory

• Manage contracts, service agreements, and renewals

3. Management Support

• Provide administrative and logistical support to senior management / directors

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications

• Assist management in handling confidential and sensitive matters

4. Staff & Resource Coordination

• Supervise and guide administrative staff (if applicable)

• Coordinate company accommodation, transportation, and staff facilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics in coordination with HR

5. External Liaison & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact for external parties (vendors, authorities, building management)

• Handle correspondence with government agencies when required (e.g. MOM, town councils, service providers)

6. Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage the administration budget

• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures

• Review vendor quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions

7. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

• Identify administrative risks and propose preventive measures

• Support internal audits and management reviews when required

A Supervisor’s primary goal is to ensure the group of employees under their supervision perform well and get the feedback they need to address any areas of improvement. Their duties and responsibilities include:

• Creating team schedules and delegating tasks to ensure proper workflow
• Continuously monitoring employee performance and identifying areas of improvement
• Establishing company goals and objectives for employees, and ensuring their performance is in line with those
• Assessing employee performance and providing performance reviews to human resource and senior managers
• Ensuring team members meet deadlines for key projects and tasks
• Addressing any concerns or issues identified by team members
• Screening and assessing new candidates
• Providing training and overseeing the orientation of new employees to get them up to speed on the policies and procedures within the company

And responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors

Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery site

Ensure smooth job operations

Able to rectify and supervise works done on site

Other duties as assigned

To resolve any site issues faced at the work site.

To plan and coordinate interdisciplinary works.

To prepare the design and technical specifications for tenders.

Coordinate all related construction matters with subcontractor/consultant/client.

Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the Deputy General Manager/General Manager

Requirements:

Must be Able to read and write in English is a plus

and also need to know MS word , excel , power point must need good knowledgeable.

And Good interpersonal and communication skills

Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment

Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills

Can work well in a team

Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
