The Safety Supervisor supports the Senior Safety Coordinator in performing site safety inspections and ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices and statutory regulatory regulations. This role involves overseeing the implementation of safety protocols, conducting site inspections, monitoring safety compliance, and assisting in developing corrective actions for any identified hazards. Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair works.

• Lead a team of technicians and workers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.

• Plan manpower deployment, work schedules, and material requirements for project execution.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to air-conditioning systems and equipment.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients on project requirements and work progress.

• Ensure proper documentation of service reports, maintenance records, and site activities.

• Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of tools, equipment, and materials.

• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures at all worksites.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ACMV / air-conditioning installation, maintenance, or project supervision.

• Good knowledge of commercial and industrial air-conditioning systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Familiar with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

• Possession of Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
