Position Summary

The Electrical Simulation Engineer is responsible for product package electrical simulation. 

Candidates with semiconductor packaging experience are encouraged to apply for this position. 

Responsibilities 

• Conduct simulation on SiPi and High speed digital area in component & system level 

• Conduct simulation on RF, EMI, EMC, in component & system level 

• Provide comments and recommendation to product design and process optimization 

• Provide electrical input to mechanical simulation for thermal and stress analysis. 

• Prepare the simulation reports with data analysis and recommendation. 

• Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the reporting manager. 

Requirements

• Master Degree in electrical engineering or similar discipline. 

• At least 5 years’ experience in electrical simulation, internal & customer projects. 

• Hands-on skills on EDA tools: Cadense (PowerSi, PowerDC, ExtractIM, Clarity, etc), ANSYS (Siwave, Q3D, HFSS, Circuit, etc.), Keysight (ADS, etc.)

Core Responsibilities

• LLM Integration & Orchestration: Design and build production-grade applications leveraging LLMs from providers like Amazon Bedrock (e.g., Anthropic Claude, Amazon Nova) or open-source models (Llama, Mistral).
• RAG Pipeline Development: Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, including document parsing, semantic chunking, and embedding generation.
• Vector Database Management: Manage and query vector stores such as Amazon OpenSearch Service, Pinecone, or FAISS to enable efficient semantic retrieval.
• Agentic Workflows: Develop autonomous AI agents capable of tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, and complex task orchestration using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Deployment & MLOps: Containerize AI services using Docker and deploy them on AWS infrastructure (e.g., Lambda, ECS, SageMaker) with robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize model outputs through prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA/PEFT), and managing latency and cost efficiency. 

Technical Requirements

• Programming: Proficiency in Python is essential, specifically for developing scalable backend services and AI logic.
• AWS Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with AWS AI services including Bedrock, SageMaker AI, Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
• AI Frameworks: Deep experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and deep learning libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• API Development: Skill in building and integrating RESTful APIs (e.g., FastAPI, Flask) to connect AI capabilities to enterprise systems.
• Security & Governance: Understanding of Responsible AI practices, including guardrails against hallucinations and ensuring data privacy (GDPR/SOC2). 

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud Certification: AWS Certified Generative AI Developer - Professional or AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty.
• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.

Roles & Responsibilities· To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work;· Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards;· Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries;· To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers;· To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule;· Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings;· To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers;· Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship;· Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly;· Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Job Description

· Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, equipment-specific specifications, and QMS requirements

· Execute quality control basing on approved materials specification, Method of Statement (MOS) and Works Quality Plan/ Inspection Test Plan (ITP)

· Conduct regular in-process inspections to ensure works are in accordance to BCA’s Good Industry Practice and QM/ CONQUAS standard

· Issuance of non-conformance report (NCRs) and monitor the performance of subcontractor for all trades to ensure defects are properly rectified

· Attend regular site meetings – to update, highlight, implement and enforce quality related matter

· Attend off-site inspection at precast yard

· Manage all correspondences and documentation related to quality matters

· Prepare unit defects report upon work completion of each trade and follow up with unit rectification completion

· Perform checks to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for CONQUAS/ QM assessment

· Arrange and liaise with BCA for CONQUAS/ QM assessments

· Attend to project handover process to Client/ Purchaser/ MA when needed

Requirements

· Diploma/ Degree related to QA/QC, Engineering, or Construction-related field

· 3-5 years QA/QC experience in the local construction industry

· BCA CONQUAS/ Quality Mark certification will be a plus point

· Good knowledge of construction quality control/ assurance is necessary
