·        ITE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

·        Experience managing in MOH (nursing home project)/ MOE (school project) is preferred

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications(especially MS Excel/Words)

·        Able to speak and write English.

·        Ability to work independently and within time frame

·        Self-discipline, good analytical skills, meticulous with an eye for details

·        Good knowledge on workplace safety

·        Intermediate knowledge of Autocad / BIM (Preferred)

Duties

·        Prepare various reports for management and project manager

·        Supervising and managing workers under yourcharge

·        Attend meetings and generate reports

·        Knowledge of Autocad / BIM (Preferred)

·        Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
