• Respond promptly to customer feedback and resolve plumbing-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction
• Prepare accurate service reports, work completion reports, and delivery orders to facilitate invoice processing
• Maintain proper documentation of completed plumbing works for record-keeping and compliance
• Assist plumbers on-site as needed to support work completion and address technical challenges
• Ensure all plumbing activities comply with PUB regulations and workplace safety requirements to uphold legal and safety standards
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to support smooth project execution
• Travel to different worksites across Singapore to oversee operations and provide on-site supervision

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum secondary education or relevant plumbing experience
• At least 2 years of experience in plumbing works or site supervision
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, and sanitary systems
• Familiarity with PUB regulations and Singapore plumbing standards
• Leadership skills demonstrated by managing teams and communicating effectively
• Proactive and responsible work approach with ability to work independently
