· Sorting, matching and verifying all incoming Delivery Orders against purchase/sales invoices.

· Liaise with Procurement/Sales team for discrepancies on purchase/sales price, quantity, UOM & currency.

· Liaise with Procurement/Sales team to check vendors/customers for any missing trade Purchase/Sales Invoices.

· Reconcile trade purchase invoices outstanding against vendor’s statement of accounts.

· Filing of Purchase/Sales Invoices.

· General ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Strong willingness to learn and adapt.

· Good organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Proficiency and familiarity in MS Office.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

5.5 Days Work Week

Duties:

• Coordinate and arrange local/international shipments (inbound & outbound)
• Prepare shipping documents (DO, invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, permits)
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, and warehouse teams
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch/receiving of goods
• Track shipments and update customers/internal teams on delivery status
• Manage inventory movements, stock accuracy, and warehouse coordination
• Ensure proper storage, packing, labeling, and handling of goods
• Handle customs clearance documentation and compliance requirements
• Resolve delivery issues such as delays, damages, or missing items
• Maintain logistics records and update ERP/system data
• Support cost control by comparing freight rates and optimizing routes
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures

Requirements:

• Min Dip/ Deg in Logistics and Supply Chain Management/ any other relevant field of study
