Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve invoice billing, ensuring they meet internal controls.
• Respond to customer invoicing inquiries promptly and resolve issues.
• Verify that all invoicing documents are accurate, complete, and approved before processing.
• Maintain and update customer records in ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance departments for timely invoice issuance.

The Role

The role is responsible for maintaining the full set of accounts for multiple entities, including a management company and holding companies. Key responsibilities include preparing journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules, processing invoices, payments, and staff claims, as well as supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The incumbent will also handle GST compliance and filing, assist with withholding tax matters, and support tax provisioning and income tax computations.
