Job Description:
We are looking for a temporary Accounting Assistant to support the finance team for a 3-month period from April 2026 onwards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry for accounting records
• Process invoices, receipts, and payment documents
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Perform basic bank reconciliation and filing
• Assist in preparing simple finance reports and documentation
• Ensure proper record keeping and document accuracy
• Provide general administrative support to the accounts team

Requirements:

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, such as courier companies and suppliers, to ensure timely and reliable service delivery.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.

Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Develop and manage the departmental budget, including forecasting expenses, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including KPIs, service levels, and financial metrics, and present findings to senior management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in any discipline preferably in Logistics/ SCM
3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the express courier industry.
Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse and transportation operations.
Willing to contribute to both operations and early-stage sales development for a startup in the express freight industry.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Address and resolve conflicts, handle complaints, and identify and mitigate potential challenges.

We are representing our client to look for a talented and dynamic Senior Leadership & Development Manager to join our team. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of HRBP.

He/she will play a key role in developing, implementing and overseeing the learning and development (L&D) programs for the organization that equip and enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. The role involves assessing development needs, creating learning strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be the subject matter expert and should stay abreast of the updated industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to ensure employees are equipped with relevant and updated skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and achieve business objectives.

LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT SENIOR MANAGER

Responsibilities:

·      Develop and Implement L&D Strategies: Create and implement learning strategies and programs that support the developmental needs of employees.

·      Assess Training & Development Needs: Conduct assessment to identify the learning needs of employees within the organization and develop training strategies and initiatives to address these needs for enhanced performance.

·      Design Training Programs: Develop learning plan / roadmap, curate and deliver training programs, either directly or through coordination with subject matter experts, to ensure employees acquire necessary and relevant skills and knowledge, eg. onboarding programs, skills development, functional and leadership development programs, etc. Facilitate interventions such as leadership retreat, strategic planning as appropriate and coach department heads, supervisors and individuals responsible for employee development.

·      Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Review effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance evaluations, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

·      Oversee Learning Management System (LMS): Implement and manage LMS or e-learning platforms to facilitate online and remote training opportunities.

·      Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all training programs adhere to industry regulations and other legal requirements specific to real estate industry.

·      Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior management, department heads and HR to align training initiatives with organizational objectives and needs.

·      Maintain Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants to ensure high-quality delivery of training programs.

·      Prepare Reports and Documentation: Maintain records of training activities and provide regular reports / updates to management. Oversee and track spending against training budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Education, Business or related field.
• Possess relevant certification in L&D (eg. ACTA, CPTD, coaching etc.) will be an added advantage.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience. Currently as a L&D Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to effectively interact and engage with all levels of staff.
• Demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to details.
• Positive, resilient and a strong passion for work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in a dynamic business environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and LMS, with familiarity in using virtual delivery platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
