ABOUTTHE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced KYC Quality Assurance Analyst to join our client's Compliance team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:

1. Deployment & User Support: Design and implement internal web applications, automation scripts, and other digital tools (e.g., Vibe coding, Phyton) to streamline data collections, analysis, and reporting. Integrated relevant Built Environment technologies (DFMA, IDD) as needed.
2. Training & Adoption: Prototype AI-based features (chatbots, document summarizers) or data analtytics tools, fine-tuning them for departmental workflows. Ensure solutions align with the strategic tech roadmap outlined by the HOD.
