TCA Design & Build is growing and we need a Senior Project Manager who can own a landed residential construction project end-to-end — programme, site sequence, subcontractor coordination, authority inspections, and weekly reporting — without the director chasing a single item.

This role is for someone who has delivered Singapore landed rebuilds or A&A projects independently and knows the full construction sequence from demolition to TOP by heart.

What you will own:
Full construction programme from mobilisation to TOP. Site sequence planning and subcontractor coordination. Authority inspection scheduling and calling — hoarding permit, structural, M&E, waterproofing, TOP. Weekly site report to Director every Monday. Subcontractor management and progress accountability.
