Key Responsibilities

1. Cleaning Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate procurement of cleaning consumables, tools, and equipment in accordance with company procedures

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Investigative & Case Support

• Assist in conducting preliminary investigations and factfinding interviews regarding minor incidents.

2. Detention

3. In-House Suspension Support

4. Administrative Support

MISSION

The main mission of the IFS Parent Support and Services Specialist is to centralize and respond to the questions and requests of IFS parents for all non-pedagogical services. He/she is responsible for ensuring a high level of service to parents/families by centralizing, coordinating, and resolving inquiries, requests, and concerns related to school services. • Act as the main point of contact for parents regarding non-academic services.
