· Well-verse in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;

· Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture;

· Completed BCA Academy’s BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage;

· Fluent in Vietnamese language is an advantage as you will be required to communicate and liaise with Vietnamese clients.
