Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and assistance to the customer.
• To perform cashiering duties
• Ensure store cleanliness & tidiness
• To assist in receiving and maintaining the inventory of stocks
• To maintain and upkeep retail stores' visual merchandise
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Only LTVP/ PR / Singaporean may apply
• At least 1 year of working experience in retail
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays, and rotating shifts

Job Description:
• Assist the Supervisor/Manager in coordinating daily operations related to delivery, installation, and servicing of electrical appliances
• Supervise a team of technicians and workers to ensure timely completion of installation, maintenance, and repair works at dormitories
• Plan and schedule service activities, including routine maintenance and breakdown response
• Liaise with clients (e.g. dormitory operators) to handle service requests, feedback, and issue resolution
• Monitor work progress and ensure service quality meets company standards

Job Description -

• Manage CEO's diary, appointment schedules and travel arrangements
• Co-ordinate investors road shows, meetings and telephone / video conferences
• Prepare presentation materials and collate reports
• Research and extract information and supporting data in preparation for meetings
• Update and maintain Customer contacts database
• Track vendor invoices against contracts signed and highlight any discrepancies
• Maintain e-filing of documents on the cloud for ease of reference and archival

Job Requirements -

• Fluent in English - Written and spoken
• Additional Asian language skills are desirable

• Ability to work independently
• Client liaison skills
• Previous experience as an Executive Admin / Secretary in professional services
• Able to work under pressure and good time management skills
