Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in a team environment to achieve organizational goals; manage workflow and training of new employees, supervising staffs overall work performance and job satisfaction
• Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment. Plan schedules for specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilizing available manpower and equipment.
• Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery
• Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations
• Facilitate budget planning for smooth flow of operations.
• Evaluate relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement
• Develop and review operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery
• Plan, select and oversee appropriate equipment and/or technologies and supplies for project sites
• Perform cleaning in the premises using appropriate ride-on machinery an/or equipment with supplies as directed

• Civil Construction Management (LTA Projects)
• Manage and supervise civil works including earthworks, excavation, temporary works, piling, structural concrete, drainage, and road works
• Ensure construction activities comply with LTA specifications, drawings, method statements, and approved construction sequence
• Coordinate daily site operations to achieve project milestones and section targets
• Safety/ Environmental& SCT/LTA Compliance
• Enforce compliance with WSH Act, LTA safety requirements, MOM regulations, and project Safety Management System
• Ensure strict implementation of excavation safety, lifting operations, and trafficsafety measures
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and ensure timely close-out of safetyobservations
• Subcontractor & Interface Coordination
• Manage civil subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors within assigned section
• Coordinate interfaces with utilities, traffic diversions, M&E, architectural, andother civil sections
• Chair and lead coordination and toolbox meetings
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor daily productivity and construction progress against the approved baseline programme
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for Project Manager
• Identify potential delays and propose recovery plans or alternative construction methods
• Quality Assurance & Inspections
• Ensure civil works are executed in accordance with LTA QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and inspection requirements
• Coordinate inspections with LTA, Consultants, and Independent Checkers (IC)
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions
• Technical & Site Engineering Support
• Review civil drawings, temporary works designs, and method statements
• Resolve technical issues related to ground conditions, constructability, and sequencing
• Support design coordination and assist in design changes and site instructions
• Cost & Resource Control
• Control manpower, materials, and equipment usage within assigned section
• Prevent any rework and Minimize material wastage

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum8~10 years of civil construction experience, with at least 5 years as Senior Site engineer or at least 2 years Section Manager
• Civil project experience such as Excavation, RC Structure work, temporary works, D-wall/Bored pile/ERSS, and traffic & drainage diversion
• Strong knowledge of MOM & WSH requirements and LTA Specifications
• Proven experience in LTA/Main contractor projects (MRT, road, tunnel, viaduct, or depot works)

The Ads Policy Team is a part of the Marketing, Advertising, Communications, and Consumer Product Legal Team and sets advertising standards to protect the experience of our members and business partners. We work with a variety of teams from Advertising, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Public Policy, and Strategic Planning and Analysis to set policies in a scalable way and deliver ads in a manner that’s thoughtful of our member’s viewing experience and drives great outcomes for advertisers. Ads Policy Team members are motivated to find innovative solutions, and use technical know-how, user insights and proactive communication to pursue the highest possible quality and safety standards for members and advertisers.

We are looking for an Ads Policy team member who is excited to join us on this journey.

The role will be based in our Singapore office, report locally, and be part of the Global Ads Policy Team. Some travel to the US and other APAC offices may be expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Expert. Develop and draft ads policy across various functional areas (e.g., financial services, healthcare, alcohol).

• Operational Strategist & Project Management. Proactively identify business-critical issues and opportunities to improve how we advise, align, and finalize ads policies at Netflix. 

• Global & Regional Player. Ability to be an advocate for the specific needs of Ads Policy bringing a global lens, striking a balance between scalability, localization, and highly nuanced sensitivities and cultural perspectives within the APAC Ads Markets to drive meaningful ads policies for Netflix, our members and advertisers. 

Experience & Skills

• Functional expertise in Content Moderation, Policy/Legal Operations, Trust & Safety.

• Policy experience with robust knowledge of the technology sector and the key policy issues affecting the internet like online and brand safety.

• Experience managing and scaling a high volume of content across multiple verticals in at least more than one country and/or running multiple, simultaneous and complex policy projects from inception through to completion. 

• Strong communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments/teams to align from strategy through execution and translate complex issues into simple, clear language.

• Have experience collaborating closely with advertisers, legal, and sales teams.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of curiosity with a bias toward seeking innovative solutions, and have a goal-oriented entrepreneurial mindset, driven to succeed and always up for a challenge!

• English language fluency is  a requirement. Additional language fluency (Japanese, Korean)) is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Account Management

• Serve as the single point of contact for company’s sourcing, commodity management, and engineering teams across designated regions.

• Develop and execute a Joint Business Plan (JBP) with key customer to increase share of wallet in precision metal stamping, insert molding, and CNC machined components.

• Monitor key customer’s product roadmaps and RFQ pipelines; proactively position 3G’s technical capabilities.

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Identify new project opportunities within key customer’s existing and next-generation interconnect products (e.g., high-speed connectors, automotive, data center solutions).

• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, long-term agreements (LTAs), VMI terms, and tooling cost amortization.

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets (revenue, margin, and new program wins).

3. Cross-functional Coordination

• Liaise between key customer’s engineering team and 3G’s internal production, QA, and tool room teams to ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) alignment.

• Manage the APQP/PPAP process for new precision components, ensuring zero-defect launches.

• Track KPIs: OTD (On-Time Delivery), PPM (defect rate), and cost-down initiatives.

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Analyze key customer’s supplier scorecards and competitor activities (e.g., other precision engineering vendors).

• Provide monthly forecasts and risk assessments related to raw material prices, capacity constraints, and lead times.

5. Contract & Compliance Management

Negotiate frame contracts, confidentiality agreements, and supply agreements in compliance with key customer’s ethical sourcing and quality standards (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 if applicable).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering or Social Sciences or Business).

Experience

• 1-2 years in business development, key account management, or sales engineering within precision engineering, tooling, or high-volume manufacturing.

Specific exposure

• Must have prior experience dealing with key customers in the industry such as Molex, TE Connectivity, Amphenol, or similar tier-1 interconnect/electronics component manufacturers.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of precision machining (turning, milling, grinding), metal stamping (progressive dies), and injection molding (thermoplastics, overmolding).
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, GD&T, and measurement systems (CMM, vision systems).
• Understanding of supply chain requirements for automotive, medical, or data center end-markets (where key customer operates).

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Customer-centric mindset – Proven ability to build trust with engineering, procurement, and quality teams at key customers.
• Negotiation & commercial acumen – Skilled in long-term agreement structuring, pricing models, and cost reduction proposals.
• Problem-solving – Ability to lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality or delivery issues.
• Communication – Fluent in English (written & spoken). Mandarin or other Asian languages are a plus given key customer’s global footprint.
