Your Role

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of a BazGym branch, across operations, team, and growth.

1. Sales & Growth

• Drive student enrolment and retention
• Follow up on leads, trials, and conversions

2. Operations & Scheduling

Job Summary

The Operations Manager has a key role in infrastructure and logistics management, as well as upholding and maintaining the safety and security of the school. Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Facilities, Hospitality or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations or facilities management

• Possess certification as a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or meet the entry requirements for FSM course

• Implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Monitor site activities to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as inspection reports, checklists, method statements, and quality records.
