•Administer and action daily mails, guest report lists, staff rosters, operations reporting and other paperwork promptly and accurately

•Be aware of the current business environment and to bring in sound ideas to increase sales, decrease spending, up selling orders and maximising guests spending where possible

•Communicate effectively with the other departments and colleagues, suppliers and contractors to ensure that all information is communicated clearly and follow up actions are coordinated well

•Assist in recruitment needs

•Responsible for induction training and on the job training of new employees and also newly promoted staff

•Appraise employees to reward and punish fairly

•Understand the need for training and development of employees and to take a proactive approach in training employees especially mandatory training like Basic Food Hygiene and Safety

Job Requirements:

•Preferably with Degree/Diploma in Hospitality related studies or with WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations / F&B Supervision / F&B Management

•Passion for excellent customer service

•Able to lead a team in a fast paced and demanding environment

•Possess good business acumen, results driven and highly organised

CONTRACTS MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic advice to the project staff for the identification, notification and preparation of variations and claims for a time extension and associated loss and expense;
2. Participating, as necessary, in developing the solicitation and writing all contractual correspondence and documentation. Maintain contractual records and documentations control of all contract correspondence including subcontractors correspondences and reports;
3. Review of any project related correspondence and proposing a suitable strategy for preparing the response and advising on potential commercial/ contractual implications arising therefrom;
4. Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to project staffs and to provide contract awareness, interpretation and advice to project team;
5. Preparation of final accounts and variation submission;
6. Assist in ISO audit and implementation; and
7. Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent with 10 - 15 years’ relevant working experience.
2. Preferably have experience in construction/roadworks LTA Projects.
