7)    Reporting

·        Provide regular reports to project management and stakeholders on the financial status of MEP works.

·        Communicate key cost-related metrics,deviations, and forecasts to facilitate informed decision-making.

8)    Final Accounts

·        Prepare accurate and comprehensive final accounts for MEP works, including all variations and adjustments.
