Overview

This role is with a well-established insurance broker firm that partners with private banks to deliver wealth preservation solutions to private banking clients. The position focuses on client acquisition, advisory, and relationship management within the insurance and financial services space.

You will work closely with clients and insurers to provide suitable coverage solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
This role combines sales, advisory, and client management, requiring the ability to deliver tailored insurance solutions while maintaining strong partnerships with both clients and insurers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through sales and marketing activities, while identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs
• Provide professional advice on insurance products and recommend appropriate solutions
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with insurance underwriters to secure optimal terms and coverage for clients

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
• At least 5 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
• Manage site activities and sub-contractors to ensure compliance to quality standards and governing codes
• Coordination and monitoring of progress amongst various subcontracting works.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design and contractual issues and updating of project progress report.
• Conduct regular site safety meeting and to implement safe site working condition and environmental control measures.
• Lead a team of Engineers, Quantity Surveyors on site activities
• Ensure project is completed on time, within budget, contractual & safety standards

Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the organization.
