With ongoing project expansion and increasing adoption of digital construction practices, they are seeking an Assistant Manager (BIM Technology & Digitalization) to support BIM implementation and digital engineering initiatives across project teams. Responsibilities:

• Oversee BIM implementation for infrastructure and construction projects in accordance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project digital delivery requirements.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models covering civil, structural, architectural, and M&E trades.

• Perform model coordination and clash detection using BIM platforms to identify design conflicts.

• Conduct technical drawing screening and model verification against engineering specifications.

• Experience supervising or guiding BIM engineers and modelling teams.

• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools.

• Must be strong with BIM execution planning, digital construction workflows, and project model coordination.
