Responsibilities:
Production& Operations
·        Lead and supervise daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
·        Monitor and improve productivity, OEE, cycle time, yield, scrap reduction, and labor efficiency.
·        Coordinate production scheduling and manpower allocation across molding, debinding, sintering, machining, secondary processes, assembly, and packing.
·        Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
·        Ensure production KPIs are tracked and reported accurately.
Process& Continuous Improvement
·        Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing efficiency, automation, workflow, and cost reduction.
·        Improve production documentation, SOPs,WI, and process controls.
·        Support digitalization and paperless manufacturing initiatives, including ERP/MES/shopfloor systems.
·        Participate in new equipment setup, factory expansion, and process transfer activities.
·        Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams for NPI and process validation.
Requirements:
·        Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in MIM/CIM/PIM industry.
