• Good understanding of interior fit-out detailing, including ceilings, partitions, finishes, and custom joinery

• BIM Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance and integration of digital models, ensuring they align with project specifications and industry standards, including managing the BIM execution plan and ensuring all stakeholders adhere to it.
• Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, facilitating effective communication and ensuring that all parties have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
• Clash Detection and Resolution: Perform clash detection checks to identify conflicts between different disciplines and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve these issues before construction begins.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on the BIM models to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring that everyone is proficient in using the technology effectively.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain project documentation, including workflows and decisions, and produce detailed reports to keep stakeholders informed about the project's progress and challenges.

• Oversee QA/QC, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and contractors in meetings for system energization and startup activities.
• Ensure systems operate per project specifications, conducting Root Cause Analysis and resolving technical issues.
• Interpret and apply Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and LOTO safety procedures.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and communicate with the Commissioning Agent for issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years in electrical and mechanical commissioning relevant experience in the Construction/M&E industry.
• Strong teamwork, perseverance, diligence, integrity, and initiative.
