Job Description

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop work schedules, including timelines and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed as planned.
• Budgeting & Cost Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage procurement of materials and equipment to prevent cost overruns.
• Site Supervision & Safety: Manage site labor, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and quality specifications.
• Prepare salary vouchers and Invoices.
• Prepare other administrative documents.
• Follow the instructions from the Management.

Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites and ensure hygiene standards are met

Conduct site inspections, handle client feedback, and maintain service quality

Train and supervise cleaning staff on proper procedures and safety practices

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and secure new contracts

Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders for clients

Manage key client relationships and ensure high satisfaction

Monitor financial performance, budgets, and project profitability

Lead teams, set KPIs, and improve staff performance

Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (MOM, NEA, workplace safety)
