Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

• Manage daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, etc.)
• Create and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and product descriptions
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure product availability
• Ensure product content and listings are consistent across all online channels
• Analyse products sales figures, short term, and midterm sales forecast -- Understanding trends and opportunities for growth

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and social media activities
• Support digital marketing initiatives including Facebook Ads / Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies to improve sales

Sales Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyse online sales performance, traffic, and customer trends
• Identify opportunities to grow online revenue and improve product visibility
• Prepare sales reports and basic forecasts for management review

Customer Experience

• Ensure a smooth and positive online shopping experience
• Respond to customer enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner

Partnership & Platform Coordination

• Work closely with online marketplaces and platform partners
• Support initiatives to expand the company’s online presence and digital reach

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online marketplace management
• Proven experience (1-2 Years) in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online marketplace management platform. Prior Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media with a focus on local trends. Experience with Facebook/Google Ads will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, Amazon or other e-commerce platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable)
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service
• Great communication skills Strong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and with short deadlines
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays

Responsibility:    

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with government stakeholders.
• Oversee service providers to ensure contractual responsibilities are met and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day system operations to meetbusiness objectives on uptime and availability.
• Lead and drive ops-tech sessions to facilitate project planning and execution
• Coordinate and track multiple projects across steams, ensuring timely completion
• Lead and coordinate procurement activities including contract renewals and licenses
• Coordinate system security audits and vulnerability assessments

RESPONSIBILITIES

The HSE Manager leads and manages the Health, Safety & Environment function. The role ensures full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (e.g., WSH Act, Fire Safety Act, SCDF regulations, NEA requirements) and other relevant requirements such as inhouse or corporate requirments. Responsible for developing, implementing, sustaining, and continually improving HSE management systems to support a highreliability manufacturing environment involving chemicals, highenergy equipment, and cleanroom operations. The role ensures risk controls are robust, incidents are minimized, audits are managed effectively, and the HSE culture is advanced across the site. Provide necessary support to the site and various teams to drive compliance and awareness of HSE.

HSE Governance & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulations
• Lead internal and external audits such as MOM inspections, SCDF fire safety audits, NEA/ESG environmental audits, ISO 45001 & 14001 audits.

Risk Management

• Support activities of RM team.

Incident Management & Reporting

• Lead and manage investigations for accidents, fires, chemical spills, near misses, unsafe acts and reporting.

Environmental Management

• Track and report environmental KPIs (energy use, water consumption, VOC emissions, waste reduction).

Emergency Preparedness & Response Plan

• Maintain framework for EPP and ERP, working with FSM and CERT team.

Training & Competency Development

• Develop and deliver HSE training modules (e.g., chemical handling, cleanroom safety, lockouttagout, confined space, contractor and SOC).

Leadership & Culture BuildingPromote a proactive HSE culture across operations, engineering, facilities, and production teams.

• Advise senior management on HSE performance, major risks, and strategic improvements.

• Engineering Degree
• Occupational health and safety qualification
• 5 - 10 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in semiconductor/chemical/hightech manufacturing.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of Singapore HSE Legal requirements.
• Experience leading HSE teams of 3-10 staff.
• Competent in coaching and developing HSE professionals.
• Candidate who possess ISO 45K certification , ISO 14K certification, CERT certification will have an added advantage.
