• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project documentation
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to BIM coordinators and modelers
• Monitor BIM performance metrics and continuously improve digital workflows and efficiencies
• Support digital handover processes, including asset data, as-built models, and facilities management integration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in BIM, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role
• Strong experience in cabling systems, ELV, ICT infrastructure, or data center projects within the construction sector
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 or equivalent platforms
• Solid understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and construction workflows
• Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and digital project delivery
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• BIM certification or relevant professional accreditation
• Experience working with contractors or system integrators in cabling/IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of smart building technologies and digital twin concepts
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python) is an advantage

• Quality & Compliance: Conduct inspections to ensure works meet specifications and comply with Ministry of Manpower (WSH) safety standards

• Authority Liaison: Coordinate submissions and approvals with relevant authorities (e.g., BCA, URA, LTA).

• Budget Control: Monitor costs, manage variations, and mitigate risks to prevent overruns.

• Supervise and manage site installation works for timber and metal doors
• Lead and coordinate installation teams on site
• Understand drawings and coordinate with main contractor for updated drawings
• Arrange job scope for workers and ensure site safety
• Attend meeting with site engineer with regard to site works progress.
• Enforce site safety practices and discipline among workers
