• Knowledge of process plant production and maintenance, including construction, commissioning, plant start-up / shutdown & especially turnaround management.
• Experience in Maintenance, Project or TA Management (including field execution) Contracts Management/Negotiation, familiar with contracts / supply terms, agreements & administration
• Recognised degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
•  More than 10 years of relevant experience in oil, refinery, petrochemicals or chemical processing of which 5 years in leadership or managerial roles. Project and contracts management experience are added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder and communication skills and able to organize resources and delegate effectively.

Job Description:

• Develop sales pipeline and volume goals.
• Maintain pre-existing relationships with long term customers and suppliers, while building new bilateral trading partnerships.
• Keep informed on supplier pricing and establish good margin on selling price
• Attend client meetings, presentations, trade shows to gain industry contacts
• Work with finance and sales operations team to execute post sales support
• Arrange invoicing, statements of accounts from sales support

Requirements:

Project Planning & Coordination

• Manage and oversee M&E design, procurement, and installation across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on technical and project matters.
• Lead project team to complete project within schedule
• Represent Company to liaise with all designers, consultant, project managers and clients

Technical Oversight

• Review and approve M&E designs, drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor the quality and safety of installations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues during execution and commissioning phases.
  

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all M&E works comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes for M&E systems.
  

Project Management

• Develop and maintain project schedules specific to M&E deliverables.
• Track M&E budgets and control costs; prepare regular progress and financial reports.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of M&E materials and equipment.

Requirements:

• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or any engineering field
• Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
• Office proficient in (AutoCAD/ Microsoft Office/ Microsoft Project)
• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
