We are seeking a Global IT Operations Manager to build and operationalize Multiplier’s IT foundation across both the HoldCo and our portfolio companies.

This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role responsible for designing scalable IT systems, access governance, endpoint management, and SaaS lifecycle processes that support a globally distributed organization. You will establish standards and tooling that create consistency, security, and operational efficiency — while remaining pragmatic and flexible to portfolio-specific needs.

You will work closely with IT engineers and the DevOps / Platform Engineering team to ensure alignment between internal IT systems and production infrastructure security standards.

What You’ll Do

IT Operations & Foundations

• Design and implement Multiplier’s global IT operating framework.
• Establish scalable onboarding and offboarding workflows across entities.
• Define standards for identity management, device management, and internal system governance.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and operational processes for repeatable execution.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Automate access provisioning and operational workflows wherever possible.
• Integrate core business systems to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with DevOps / Platform teams on infrastructure automation that touches internal systems.
• Continuously refine IT processes as the organization scales.

Identity, Access & Security Controls

• Own identity and access management across internal systems.
• Implement role-based access control and least-privilege standards.
• Partner with Platform Engineering to align identity architecture across internal systems and production environments.
• Collaborate on security reviews, access audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain oversight of IT-related incident response coordination.

Endpoint & Workforce Security

• Build and manage global device lifecycle processes (procurement, provisioning, security baselines, decommissioning).
• Establish standardized endpoint security configurations.
• Coordinate with Engineering on endpoint security requirements and monitoring controls.
• Develop lightweight support workflows and response standards.

Portfolio IT Integration & Governance

• Develop IT baseline standards for newly acquired portfolio firms.
• Build post-acquisition IT integration playbooks in partnership with Engineering and Security stakeholders.
• Identify tooling consolidation opportunities across portfolio companies.
• Provide advisory support to portfolio leadership on IT governance and security best practices.

SaaS & Vendor Management

• Own SaaS stack governance, access reviews, and renewal cycles.
• Partner with Engineering when evaluating tools that impact infrastructure or data security.
• Manage IT-related vendor relationships and cost optimization efforts.

Who You Are

• 6–8+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, or Systems Management.
• Experience working alongside Engineering or Platform teams in cloud-native environments.
• Strong understanding of identity systems, access governance, and endpoint security.

• Planning, execution and evaluation to sustenance marketing and PR activities for new shop opening.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customers' needs.
• Market research and competitors' analysis in both Singapore and Malaysia.

②Shop Operation
• New item costing calculation and decision making to improvise profitable items and/or eliminate non-sellable items.
• To provide the monthly P&L analysis for all shops, incorporating insights gained from customer service to highlight performance and ideas for resolutions and improvements.
• Negotiate with shops' landlord for reviewing existing/ new leasing contract agreement.
• Introduce innovative method to improve shop operation (cashless etc).
• Evaluates and analysis all the current processes and provides recommendations on improvements.

• Possess qualification of Bachelors' Degree in Economics.

This role leading the Procurement Activities of Category – Cables in APAC

Objectives of the position:

To build a strong supply network in the region and to optimize the overall spend, reduce costs and mitigate supply risks for the cable category within their region, while also driving innovation and ensuring a reliable supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

· Develop and implement regional category strategies:

This includes identifying opportunities for growth, developing product assortments, and setting procurement strategies.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

· Develop and manage category budgets and forecasts:

Ensure the category is profitable and achieves its sales targets.

Vendor Management and Sourcing:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, ensuring a reliable supply chain.

· Evaluate and select suppliers: Ensure suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with marketing, sales, operations, and other departments to achieve business objectives.

· Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and best practices.

· Manage and develop a team (if applicable): Motivate and coach team members to achieve their goals.

· Travel as needed for supplier visits, industry events, or customer meetings.

Skills & Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field and 15+ years of procurement experience in a corporate environment

- At least 5 years of direct leadership experience in global or multi-cultural environment.

- Ability to travel (air and ground throughout the region) for various meetings

- Similar experience or project management skills

- Intermediate Business Process Knowledge

- 2+ minimum years of procurement experience as a category manager or similar role

- Create comprehensive sourcing strategy for the region for spend categories in scope of responsibility, operating with a truly regional and strategic mindset and in close collaboration with the Regional and Global Category Leaders to ensure full alignment with regional and global strategies

- Have a clear understanding of how regional strategies affect their local market and the fit with global strategy

- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Business Software required.
