Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of management-level experience in crewing operations, preferably within a reputable ship management company or manning agency.
• Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, proficiency in PC applications and a foundational understanding of accounting principles.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in maritime is preferred; however, a diploma may be considered
• Additional Assets: Prior sailing experience is advantageous.
