The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end autonomous vehicle (AV) operations within the Changi Airfreight Centre and Changi Airport. This includes managing the Control Tower (Fleet Management System), Vehicle Engineers, and Safety and Quality Officers to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of daily operations.

A.      Manage Control Tower & Fleet Operations

• Oversee real-time fleet monitoring via the Fleet Management System (FMS).
• Ensure proper mission planning, dispatching, and execution of AV operations.
• Monitor vehicle telemetry (location, speed, battery, faults) and respond to alerts.
• Coordinate with SATS operations for cargo readiness and dispatch timing.
• Ensure adherence to SLA (e.g., response time, delivery timelines).

B. Manage Vehicle Engineering Operations

• Supervise vehicle engineers responsible for maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Ensure vehicle uptime, preventive maintenance schedules, and fault resolution.
• Coordinate with OEM for technical support and updates.
• Oversee charging infrastructure and battery management practices.

C. Manage Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, SOPs, and Risk Assessments.
• Supervise Safety Officers and enforce operational safety protocols.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with CAG, LTA, and airport operational requirements.
• Lead safety drills, audits, and reporting.

D. Team Leadership

• Lead and manage Control Tower Operators, Vehicle Engineers, and Safety Officers.
• Conduct training and capability development across all operational domains.

Requirements:
