• Coordinate with authorities and consultants for certification and inspection approvals.

5. Team Leadership & Reporting

• Lead, mentor, and develop M&E engineers and site staff.

• Provide regular project reports, progress updates, and forecasts to senior management.

• Support budget forecasting, cost control, and resource planning for M&E works.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Experience with commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects

• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes and regulations (e.g., SS CP 13, CP 18, NEA, SCDF, BCA)

• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and project management tools

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for  customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our  customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. • Represent gTech services across Customer Experience operations for markets in the APAC region for Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Acquisitions.
• Engage with sellers and sales leaders, interacting daily to activate solutions, drive process outcomes, and enable actionable resolution to escalations from the business.
• Manage and represent gTech relationships by collaborating with cross-functional teams to represent a unified gTech point of view with the GCS business.
• Monitor the latest shifts in business strategies, incentives, barriers, and feedback to inform gTech solutions design and delivery.
• Conduct opportunity analysis and make recommendations to the sales team on where and how gTech can drive value for advertisers. Partner with the sales team to drive activation, engagement and satisfaction with gTech services and solutions, leveraging influence and customer service knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
• 4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in sales or related functions, such as consulting and sales enablement, or alternatively within mid-market, small business, apps, agency, acquisitions, or onboarding sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple global projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
• Ability to translate messages, data sets or signals and insights into executive-ready communications.
• Ability to build relationships, manage and influence executive, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving skills, combined with excellent business judgment.
