In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the localized implementation of complex transition plans tied to the divestiture or separation of Aftermarket operations, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, operational requirements, and global program strategy. Acting as the key site liaison, you will coordinate between central program teams, technical experts, and local site leadership to ensure all separation activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with business and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of SMP transition activities at the site level, ensuring alignment with overall program strategy and timelines.

• Act as the primary site point of contact for all SMP-related transition efforts, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.

• Coordinate with site leadership, engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and EHS teams to ensure readiness and support for transition activities.

• Track and manage site-specific milestones, deliverables, and risks; escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution and program continuity.

• Facilitate site-based planning sessions, technical reviews, and readiness assessments to ensure all functional areas are prepared for transition execution.

• Ensure all data, documentation, and assets are prepared in accordance with contractual obligations, Global Trade and program requirements, and customer expectations.

• Support the transfer of products, processes, and knowledge to receiving sites, while minimizing disruption to site operations and customer commitments.

• Maintain clear and accurate site-level documentation, trackers, and status reports to support visibility and transparency across stakeholders.

• Provide regular updates to site leadership on site readiness, risk status, and critical path activities.

• Champion adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout the transition process.

• Support onsite visits, audits, or meetings related to the SMP transition, including interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

• Supervise cleaning teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.

• Monitor daily operations and conduct site inspections with clients (e.g. CAG); follow up on cleaning gaps.

• Plan work schedules and deploy manpower efficiently.

• Review cleaning job reports and prepare information for monthly meetings.

• Compile basic operational data and propose improvements to work processes.

• Conduct daily roll calls and team briefings.

• Manage staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.

• Handle feedback, investigations, and incident report submissions.

• Ensure operational KPIs are met.

• Perform other reasonable ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in cleaning operations or a related field.

• Able to work at East location(s).

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend duties.

Remuneration

• Salary: SGD 3,400 – 3,800, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily treasury operations in alignment with HQ funding policies, including fund allocation and intercompany transfers across subsidiaries
• Monitor and manage cash flow through internal treasury systems, conduct monthly cash budgeting and ensure adequate liquidity across entities
• Serve as the key liaison with domestic and international banks on treasury matters, including loan facilities, bank guarantees, security deposits and related documentation
• Manage bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions (30+ accounts), including account opening, maintenance and closure
• Execute and support foreign exchange transactions in compliance with applicable cross-border regulatory requirements
• Keep abreast of treasury-related regulatory policies and foreign exchange frameworks in relevant markets
• Coordinate closely with internal treasury, finance and shared service teams to ensure smooth fund settlement and cash operations
• Prepare periodic cash flow and liquidity reports to support management review
• Maintain strong risk awareness and ensure compliance in daily treasury activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant treasury or fund management experience
• Solid hands-on experience in banking relationship management and external bank liaison
• Experience in cross-border fund operations and familiarity with foreign exchange regulations
• Familiarity with centralized treasury structures within multinational or China-headquartered corporate environments will be advantageous
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and internal fund allocation processes
• Business fluency in Chinese and good command of English
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently under pressure
