Role & Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and training to users

• Involved in new system implementation projects and maintain and support existing applications aligned to systems with business objectives, and to ensure deliverables are within scope, budget, and schedule

• Perform the project manager role

• Good knowledge of application deployment & maintenance methodology

• Estimate and plan tasks needed to define and manage functional and technical requirements, support design, development, and quality assurance activities

• Communicate project needs regularly and effectively to users

• Manage the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, report and dashboard development and maintenance, security configurations, permissions, workflows and approval processes

• Design and develop Microsoft PowerApps, PowerBI and Power Automate Flow

• Liaise with the external service providers as required

Qualifications, Competencies & Experience

• Min. Diploma holder or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field

• 3 to 5 years of similar working experience; Salesforce experience is an advantage

• Prepare and issue local Accounts Receivable (AR) Statements of Account promptly and accurately upon completion of account closing.
• Generate and maintain Console Invoice Numbers in the SAP system, ensuring proper documentation and data accuracy.
• Liaise with customers to follow up on outstanding invoices, including resolving discrepancies, missing invoices, and disputes.
• Perform daily allocation of incoming receipts, ensuring accurate categorization, reconciliation, and timely updates in the SAP system.
• Conduct monthly AR aging analysis, monitor overdue accounts, and follow up to ensure timely and effective collections.
• Support team operations through a buddy system by providing backup coverage when needed.
• Assist the Operations team by resolving billing-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Create and maintain customer master data and charge codes in AS400 and SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with operational requirements.
