What do we expect from you as a SHE Analyst?

• A Diploma or Degree is preferred. Undergraduate degree in engineering science, health and safety or related disciplines

• At least 3 years of experience in SHEQ program administration

• Working experience in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry or familiarity with process safety management is a must. (5 – 7 years for senior)

• Familiar with and have in-depth knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental regulations and procedures

Your core responsibilities are:

• Use, manipulate and extract data for reporting and analysis

• Identify trend from data analysis to predict latest possible developments affecting safety performance

• Develop, execute and conduct check on SHE initiatives based on predicted trend from data analysis 

• Support and guide terminal operations and departments on compliance to SHE management system elements, Vopak standards & continuous improvement initiatives

• Build and maintain good working relationship with internal & external stakeholders in driving initiatives and sharing of information 

• Evaluate contractor safety performance with the aim to improve contractor safety standards by working closely with finance, procurement and terminal teams.

• Lead/support investigations to identify root causes and contributing factors using methodologies like RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Fishbone, etc.

Job Scope:

Monitor Product Quality Compliance

- Responsible for conducting routine and specialized quality control testing on materials and products using analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC.

- Identify and investigate out-of-specification results, deviations, and quality issues while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with Quality and HSE standards.

Manage Laboratory Operations

- Oversee laboratory operations by performing equipment calibration and maintenance, and managing equipment-related issue.

- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of QC data and records in line with operational excellence practices.

Optimise quality and efficiency of department workflows and activities

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security/ computer science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Security or related certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity governance, risk, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards such as MAS TRM, Cyber Hygiene Notice, TRM Guidelines, Outsourcing Guidelines, and the Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCoP) will be advantageous.
• Experienced with applying frameworks like the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Solid understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS.
• Certifications (CISSP, CISA, CRISC) are a plus.

Responsibilities

* Perform virtual account holder name screening (Before & after onboarding and migration exercise).

* Perform daily name screening of existing IBG Corporate & Financial Institution (FI) Customers (including the related individuals).

* Review all screening results & determine True / False matches by conducting internal checks and/or public domain searches.

* Assess materiality of True or Potential matches (e.g. Adverse News Media, Sanctions) according to internal policy.

* Perform independent assessments on true material hit whether to maintain or reject virtual account holder and whether warrants any trigger review.

* Document screening results & complete materiality assessment accurately according to internal policy.

* Able to work under time pressure, high volume & manage individual book of work independently to meet tight deadlines.

* Work as a team and ensure no overdue of screening alerts and migration exercise to complete in time.

Requirement:

* Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

* Minimum of 1-2 years name screening experience in AML / KYC.

* Strong analytical ability & inquisitive mind towards problem solving.

* Good verbal & written communications skills.

* Able to multi-task & work collaboratively under minimal supervision to meet deadlines in high pressure environment
