ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates or junior IT professionals to join our team. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shortlisted candidates would be sent for 2 months exclusive training in Oracle & Talend.
• On completion of classroom training, selected candidates will be placed on the software/application development team of our ongoing project at our MNC client, where they will receive On-The-Job Training (OJT) on various aspects of Software Development Life Cycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of IT experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, or similar).
• Basic understanding of SQL or databases is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment.

Our client is a well-established MNC within the construction and engineering sector, known for delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for M&E Manager / Director, in hopes of strengthening project delivery and technical leadership capabilities. Responsibilities:

• Lead overall Mechanical & Electrical functions across head office and project sites, ensuring alignment with corporate targets for revenue, project delivery, and profitability

• Plan and monitor tender activities including design development, technical specifications, and evaluation of subcontractor quotations

• Oversee preparation and submission of shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements in accordance with project timelines

• Manage project execution, including cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance of all M&E works

• Implement QA/QC procedures for ongoing and completed works, including maintenance phases
