Role Overview

Oracle is seeking a senior leader to serve as a Strategic OCI & AI Infrastructure Lead within the Global AI Infrastructure & Strategic Pursuits organization. This role is not a traditional account role. This role requires deep technical and commercial skills, enabling complex customer engagements.

This Lead will operate at the intersection of hyperscale AI infrastructure, complex customer environments, and high-stakes commercial outcomes. This includes owning and scaling some of the most demanding AI and cloud deployments globally, across enterprise, high-growth startups, strategic AI installations, or international markets (Europe, Middle East, APAC, and Latin America). Key Responsibilities

o De-risk large-scale deployments by aligning supply with demand across global regions

• Cross-Functional Execution Leadership

o Orchestrate across engineering, data center operations, networking, support, and sales

o Ensure delivery readiness and customer readiness are never out of sync

o Drive escalations with urgency and precision

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience and technical depth in enterprise technology sales, cloud infrastructure, or AI-related solutions

• Proven track record of leading large, complex deals with strategic customers. In-depth understanding of margins, pricing, and how to close and expand deals

• Ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed environments and influence without direct authority. You find paths where none are obvious. You don’t escalate problems; you own outcomes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills

The VP/SVP, Business Planning & Strategy Development (North Asia) is responsible for the strategic business planning for the company in the Greater China Markets, including the development and implementation of BD strategies and activities, and translating those strategies into workable plans for implementation, ensuring alignment. This role is based in Singapore but will require frequent business travel to North Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of the existing business (including products/services, customers, competitors, the overall market and trends) through careful research and analysis

• Understand how major stakeholders are thinking about near-term growth, generally and in reference to specific growth initiatives, through interviews with these stakeholders

• Build a detailed financial analysis showing all of the assumptions, drivers, and financial statements for the next 3 - 5 years, accounting for a conservative, base, and aggressive case

• Conduct a total addressable market analysis for the business’ core market, assess major industry trends affecting the business, and describe what impact these trends may have on the business

• Review research reports and conduct primary research to hone in on ideal buyer type and assess customer demand for the company’s existing products and services

• Map out direct and indirect competitors, including potential future competitors, for existing and potential revenue channels

• Define a go-to-market strategy, including testing out potential marketing channels (if applicable)

• Review compensation plans and organizational structure to align incentives and ensure the health of the organization in the long-run

Experience:

• 10-15+ years of business development experience required within media and entertainment or closely related field.

• International experience is strongly desired, especially China and other Asian markets.
