As a Cleaning Services Manager, the employee is responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the cleaners and maintenance of facilities. He needs to report to various parts of our company such as the Facilities Executive, Operations Executive, and Chief Operations Officer.

The Cleaning Services Manager role includes the following tasks:

-Communicating with the upper management to develop strategic operations goals.

-Be responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness are met.

-Managing and arranging the cleaners' work, reviewing work schedules

-Assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it's up to standard, and provide training on how to handle customers' requests best.

-Monitoring the operational performance of both internal and external service providers.

-Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.

-Monitoring occupant satisfaction.

-Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures

- Oversee inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance of premises and equipments
- Supervise, train and schedule maintenance staff, technicians and contractors
- Ensure premise comply with occupational health and safety regulations including conducting safety audits and emergency planing
- Manage external contractors, service contracts and vendors for repair and maintenance
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, maintenance, cleanliness of the office premises including public toilets and wards, ensuring safety and security of staff, residents and visitors.
