The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides an objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver data-driven, actionable business insights to leadership decisions, translating analyses into clear go/no-go and prioritization proposals with defined assumptions, risks, and success metrics.

- Conduct issue and creator behavior research to understand policy's impacts on TikTok users and LIVE ecosystem.

- Identify optimization areas in existing policies, products, or processes with a deep understanding of TikTok LIVE content and monetization business.

- Develop and implement risk-mitigation strategies across policy, product, and process, partnering with Product, Engineers, Ops, DS, Legal, GR/PR etc. to drive execution with measurable KPIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at a global level to develop scalable solutions and long-term strategies, as well as work towards consensus across the organization.

- Proactively monitor, investigate, and assess platform risks and controversial content/creator behavior; use quantitative and qualitative methods/tools to detect patterns and predict emerging risks.

- Translate identified risks into policy, product, and process mitigations with measurable KPIs and strategies; partner with moderation, policy, and product teams to implement.

- Continuously measure solution effectiveness, iterate quickly, and operationalize improvements in a fast-paced, navigate market nuances and regulatory-sensitive global environment.

- Assist in the development and refinement of content governance policies.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

- 5+ year working experience in internet governance direction, with a focus on LIVE monetization governance; demonstrated impact shipping policy/product changes that balance revenue growth and risk.

- Master’s degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, or related field; to demonstrate advanced problem solving skills necessary for solving complex design and innovative challenges, along with global education or cross-region work experience.

- Strong analytical rigor with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R/Python; ability to build custom metrics/risk indices (risk-adjusted revenue, creator fairness, loss rate), run evaluations, and translate data into roadmap priorities.

Experience leading cross-functional governance reviews (risk appetite, enforcement thresholds, market launch readiness).

- Excellent English writing and verbal skills; can craft executive‑ready narratives and drive consensus across Product, Engineers, Ops, DS, Legal, and GR/PR in global markets, and manage diverse stakeholder needs.

- Passion for live-streaming, content/community governance, and trust & safety in digital platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Deep familiarity with live-streaming platforms and TikTok LIVE’s creator ecosystem; experience in content/creator behavioral analysis and governance signal design.

- Excellent project management and adaptability in dynamic, high-velocity environments.

- Strong LIVE business acumen across product, policy, and operations.

Have deep understanding and experience with Resolume Arena.

Experience in sound system mixing console.

Experience in lighting control console.

Generate lyrcis sync with LED wall using Resolume Areana or similar software.

Plan, organize, and oversee all stage operations, performances, and live events.

Coordinate closely with entertainment artists and management to deliver high-quality live shows.

Supervise rehearsals and direct live performances, ensuring shows run smoothly and professionally.

Manage stage logistics including scheduling performers, stagehands, and technical crew.

Conduct regular checks of stage equipment, LED wall to ensure readiness.

Troubleshoot any stage-related issues.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in stage management or event directing within entertainment and hospitality industry.

Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Proven experience in managing teams, stage setups, and live entertainment productions.

Ability to scout, train, and mentor AV personnel or new hires in operating AV systems (sound, lighting, and multimedia equipment).

• Ensure that the Hotel Indigo Brands Standards are practiced and delivered consistently, include Brand Experience Evaluation, True Hospitality Service

• Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel.

• Responds to guest needs and resolves problems in a timely manner.

• Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods.

• Ensures VIPs and IHG One Rewards members receive loyalty recognition.

• Inspects front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness.

• Assists Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.

• Identify opportunities to uplift guest experience through IHG Guest Arrival Reports.

Responsible business:

• Takes personal interest and pride to ensure front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all times

• Takes appropriate action in times of emergency situations and ensure incidents are reported using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).

• Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.

• Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.

• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.

• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.

Accountability

Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager and within the limits of established IHG Hotels Group and local policies and procedures, responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, and assisting them with inquiries.  You will also help to create a desired work culture around our Winning Ways of the IHG Hotels Group and embrace the IHG Commitment to IHG Journey to Tomorrow.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent, with 4 years’ experience in Front Office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. Has good writing skills, problem solving and organizational abilities. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office Systems (OPERA).
