The Senior Quantity Surveyor （Tender） is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and managing the full spectrum of tender submissions across various types of construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

Job Description

You will be part of a survey team in planning, executing and finalising survey works pertaining to the construction of Rail and Road projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and aligning multiple survey-related contracts, including topographical surveys, utilities identification, trial trenches, and scan to BIM works, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Providing elective support to project management teams by ensuring that the contracts are administered in accordance with contractual obligations and elective cost management strategies;

· Carries out pre-tender activities in the award of trade packages by conducting site show round and ensuring the completeness of tender drawings/documents;
