Key Responsibilities

Job Scope:

• Support the Schools and Departments (S&Ds) in the asset verification exercise, including assessing the usability of aged assets and ensure that the overall progress remains on schedule.
• Ensure proper safekeeping and upkeep of loan records related to RFID scanning equipment used for asset verification.
• Generate system reports and upload them to Microsoft Power BI to provide weekly updates on the asset verification progress.

Job Responsibilities

Qualification and Requirements

3. Familiar with Singapore or Malaysia accounting standards and tax regulations; experience in cross-border or multi-entity accounting is an advantage.
