JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for someone to assist with payroll and finance matters. You’ll help ensure salaries are processed correctly, maintain records, and provide support during audit periods.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle payroll duties and assist with salary processing
- Check and update payroll information
- Support in audit reporting and documentation
- Keep employee records organized
- Assist with audit-related tasks
- Other duties as and when required
- housekeeping of storage areas in line with 5S standards.
- Other duties as required
JOBREQUIREMENTS
- Must have exposure to payroll, admin, or finance work
- Familiar with office tools (e.g. Excel)
- Good work attitude and reliability
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Finance background is a must
WORKING HOURS
- 9.00AM -6.00PM (Monday to Friday)
- Some positions require staggered hours.
