Quantity Surveyor

• Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9am – 630pm
• Salary: $2800 - $3500 [depending on experience]

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Construction
• Min 2 years of experience in QS
• Prefer to have experience in calculating tendering

Roles & Responsibilities

• To do measurement & pricing on tender for any project of company.
• To coordinate and attend Client & Consultant meeting and other relevant parties for smooth Progress Claim & VO for the project.
• Any other works and task directed by your Superiors.
• Participated the weekly site meeting with sub-contractor and supplier for smooth the execution of works and make sure sub-contractor and supplier complete theirs works and tasks under the agreed contract signed.
• Tabulate all relevant costing based on site by site with keep a master file at head quarter office.
• Negotiate with sub-contractor and supplier to ensure quotation or pricing given are under project budget.

F & B Management Trainee (Services)

Working Days: 6 days rostered work week; 1 week 44 working hours

Salary: Up to $ 2600

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with 1 year F & B experience
• Able work on weekends / public holidays
   

Job Scope: 

• Hands-on involvement in daily operation to understand and execute duties
• Undertake management trainings and responsibilities with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability
• Focus mainly on Service / FOH, but will have exposure to Kitchen / BOH. (May cover Kitchen / BOH if operationally required)
• Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs

Job Title: Store Supervisor

Job Summary

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations

• Lead, train, and motivate store staff

• Ensure high standards of customer service

• Monitor stock levels, receive goods, and manage inventory

• Handle opening and closing procedures

• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies

• Resolve customer complaints and staff issues professionally

• Assist in sales planning and promotional activities

• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Basic inventory and cash handling knowledge

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Physically fit if stock handling is required

• Proficient in basic computer systems / POS systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent
