Job Summary
Assist the finance department with daily accounting operations and support financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance activities. Gain cross-functional experience through rotations in finance, legal, HR, administration, supply chain, customer service, and after-sales.
Responsibilities
- Enter vouchers and maintain ledgers to ensure accurate daily accounting records
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support management decisions
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and payment requests while ensuring compliance with financial policies
- Participate in budget preparation and monitor budget execution through tracking and analysis
- Organize and compile financial data to provide reliable data support for reporting and audits
- Assist in completing audits, tax filings, and other finance-related compliance tasks
- Collaborate effectively across departments during rotation opportunities in finance, legal, human resources, administration, supply chain, customer service, and after-sales
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, taxation, or related fields
- Familiarity with accounting standards, tax laws, and basic financial principles
- Proficient in Excel and financial software with strong data analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and execute tasks with clear logical thinking and effective communication under pressure
